ENROLMENT CONDITIONS
By signing this enrolment form you agree:
1. Workshop FEES as at the date of signature are $275 AUD all inclusive.
2. You will comply with the terms of payment as follows: the workshop fee is required in full, in advance in order to secure your place.
3. Workshop fees are only refundable in the following instances:
3.1 Up till 14 days prior to course commencement. Cancellation fee of $50 applies.
3.2 In the event that the studio is unable to provide the specified workshop on the dates listed.
4. The studio is not responsible for late enrolment cancellations or unforseen changes to your availability. Cancelation prior to workshop commencement (less than 14 days prior) will result in forfeiture of the full course fee. The course is deemed to have commenced as at the first session irrespective of each individual student's attendance at the first session.
